Key priorities include:

• Strengthening performance and growing the business across central South Island.
• Leading and developing a skilled workforce, fostering a high‑performance, customer centric culture.
• Delivering value to the shareholder through sound financial management.
• Building strong relationships with the shareholder, key partners and community stakeholders.
• Delivering safe, high‑quality civil and construction services.
• Representing Westroads as a trusted regional leader committed to positive community outcomes.

The role can be based in either Hokitika or Greymouth.
