Westroads Leadership Update

We would like to share an update regarding leadership at Westroads.
As he approaches 30 years with the business, Graeme has taken the opportunity to reflect on the next phase of his role and how best to support the future direction of Westroads. Following discussions with the Board, Westroads will transition to a CEO-led structure as the company moves into its next phase.
Graeme will continue in his role as General Manager while a new CEO is appointed, providing continuity across the business and ongoing support for customers and partners.
Once the CEO is in place, he will transition into a procurement and pricing role, where his experience, supplier relationships, and operational insight will continue to add value.
There is no change to day-to-day operations or service delivery, and Westroads’ commitment to customers and partners remains unchanged.
The Westroads Board is pleased to have Graeme’s support through this transition and beyond. We acknowledge and thank Graeme for his extensive service.
